TASL Health – Terms of Service

Welcome to TASL Health (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, website, programs, or communications (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our Services.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our Services.
1. Scope of Services
TASL Health provides clinical, therapeutic, educational, and wellness services, including but not limited to speech-language pathology, myofunctional therapy, craniosacral therapy, postpartum recovery, and airway-focused care through the Nefesh Method.
All services are provided by licensed or certified professionals, as applicable, and are designed to complement—not replace—medical care from your primary healthcare provider.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
3. Client Responsibility
You agree to:

• Provide accurate health and personal information.

• Attend scheduled sessions or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Understand that failure to attend without notice may result in a missed session fee.

• Follow care plans and recommendations provided by TASL Health professionals.

4. Payment and Billing
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit cards, ACH, or authorized payment plans.

• Late or missed payments may result in suspension of Services until balances are cleared.

• Some services may be eligible for insurance reimbursement; however, TASL Health does not guarantee coverage or payment by insurance providers.

• Memberships and packages are non-refundable once sessions begin, except where required by law.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations
We value your time and ours. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in termination of services or forfeiture of prepaid sessions.
6. Privacy and Confidentiality
TASL Health complies with all applicable HIPAA regulations. Your personal and health information is protected and used only to provide care, manage operations, and comply with legal obligations.

7. Communications
By engaging with TASL Health, you consent to receive communication via email, phone, SMS, and secure platforms (e.g., Google Chat or client portals). These communications may include appointment reminders, program updates, or administrative notices.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our Services are provided for therapeutic and educational purposes only.
TASL Health and its practitioners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Services. You are responsible for consulting your healthcare provider before beginning any new treatment or wellness program.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials, including but not limited to written content, videos, programs, and graphics, are the intellectual property of TASL Health and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
10. Termination of Services
TASL Health reserves the right to terminate or suspend Services at any time for:

• Nonpayment

• Repeated cancellations or no-shows

• Breach of clinic policies

• Behavior that is unsafe, abusive, or disruptive to staff or clients

11. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
